injera mix
standard lunch plate fare (reduced menu options): excellent veg options; tasty meats. typically order off the expanded menu for more in depth options so dinner explorations definitely on the horizon. coffee perfection though I must find a way to have the entire fancy pot remain tableside.

carroted rewards
boggy creek freshly laid morning table.
work traditions usually dictate the regular week morning routine of early waking; lola running; tea & snack commute for a productive 7-ish am office start to the day. however I have reconsidered...
new mid-week morning still consists of waking hill run routine; but either a longer run or a later start as the goal is to wander over to the east side for the ideal morning: warm tea and waking feeding chickens heralding the breaking day while fields are being hoed and picked. fresh from the ground produce as well as cheese, eggs & chickens up for acquisition. a proper day start

inquisitive
local sourced golden yolked eggs & fresh feta; slow cooked pork leftovers.
more experimentation with morning scrambles. this time cooling attempted with full quiver farms feta & diced pork shoulder. butter cooling is preferred for creamy textural balance but result was still excellent. shrimp tails not as crispy but size & pan balance challenges firm exterior with tender medium flesh. perhaps two ways to cook...

pie happy hour
weekend of canyon of the eagles RECA LDC retreat.

tasty bits of szechuan
from various exhaustive searching for fine chinese local fare (austin, tx); asia cafe continues to please.
extensive szechuan focused menu with local hidden gems: pork intestines with blood (shown) squid; whole fish; sea cucumber; eggplant... perfectly balanced szechuan spicing with the comforts of a family style run close-nit community restaurant.
go. try. enjoy. revisit
